As long as the qualification process was exactly the same as for men, I have no issues and wish them the best of luck.

As a qualified submariner I congratulate them on their accomplishment, but I also see it as them getting no where. The physical standards are still different between the sexes. Make them the same and they will have my full respect and admiration.
