Default Shouldn't one allow Sharon to die in dignity?

I think some doctors have no more control over their fingers, today they again started to snipple around in that comatized corpus. By reflex?
He is in a coma since weeks, he is of ripe age, his brain has suffered severe damage, his personality will never be the same, his life's deeds (good and bad) will not see any continuation, if he ever wakes up again life will not be pleasure anymore.

Option one for me. I always carry an advanced health care directive in my wallet, forbidding doctors to do like they do with him, if after an event I am unable to word my decision on that.

Hm, unlucky formulation of mine: please understand the one on campaigning like this:
"Keep him alive until after campaigning, that way his party can benefit from a sympathy bonus."
