change number of crew in a sub is possible?

Example:
Original
5 LIEUTENANTSR
15 CHIEFBOATSWAIN
25 LEADINGSEAMAN

Modified
7 LIEUTENANTSR
20 CHIEFBOATSWAIN
45 LEADINGSEAMAN

the problem is that do not find where all this is found.

On cfg directory
Basic not
Main not
Flotilla not
Submarine not
UboatAces not

I do not know....

you know give to me one solution?

It is in the basic.cfg file.

Look for the text that looks like this (using the Type IIs as an example):

NrMinOff=2
NrMaxOff=5
NrMinPO=5
NrMaxPO=10
NrMinSeamen=10
NrMaxSeamen=14
