Going to buy a 19" flat monitor. Will use it for standard computer use and only game I will play is SHIII. So how may milliseconds do I need ? Is 16 good enough ? or do I need a faster monitor ? I have my eye on one of the cheap ones listed at: http://tinyurl.com/exzj4
