IUB 1.2 and black sky

i've just reinstalled SH3, and wanted to give IUB a try, the problem is that the sky has turned black in the day, i now its down to IUB as its the only mod i have installed.Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a work around for it ?

I seem to remember a post about this a while back ( although i think it was another mod causing this), but i cant find one, if anyone could help me out i would be very gratefull
