Demo Walkthrough

Could someone give a rough walkthrough for the demo? I have two platforms to choose from. I jumped in a helicopter and was told to find a sub.

So now what?

Anyway, if someone would spend an hour doing a walkthrough/tutorial for the game, maybe I could be enticed to actually play the damn thing.

Till then, back to SH3 and Falcon4...
