Benchmarking and frame rate programs

i want to know wherei can find good framerate and benchmarking programs so i can test my bfg geforce 7800 gt ?





comp specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3700+
Asus A8V-E SE
768 MB RAM
BFG Geforce 7800 GT OC
DVD-ROM, Cd burner--LG
Antec P160W super midtower with 2 120mm Blue LED fans

and does anyone know where i can get a good program that monitors my cpu,case , and gpu(video card) temperature

and i tried motherboard monitor 5 but my mobo is not compatible

Your MB should have come with a software utility called, 'Asus PC Probe'. Or download the utility if needed, just search for 'asus pc probe download'.
