New Death Sounds

Got tired of the default ones, so here are some new ones for the 688, sw, akula and kilo. You will need ScSoundEdit V1.02 to install. MAKE BACKUPS!! Bill feel free to host this on subguru, I didn't upload this to my site due to bandwith limits.

Great Job TLAM! I've been using the other death sound mod (Finiteless I think) and this is nice change. Now if I can do the sound edit thing.....LOL!

excuse my lazyiness, for not downloading and installing, but what type of death sounds did you produce? I'm just lazy to backup my files, install and try them out.

btw... I think the Russian voices mod gives some pretty good akula and kilo death sounds, imho. And I don't remember which mod had it, but there's a nice loud boom and screams for the LA and SW.

I didn't try those mods so I didn't know the sounds were changed. Use whatever you want I just have a soft spot for these sound clips.

The sounds for the 688/sw goes something like this:
<Torpedo screw noise>
COB: Captain this is really going to suck...
<BOOM>
XO: Damage control report, damage control?!?
COB: Torpedo hit aft of frame 180, engine room taking water, we are settling by the stern, bow planes are not responding.
XO: Emergency Blow!
Diving Officer: Passing 950 feet... 1000 fleet... combat depth exceed...
XO: I knew I should have gone to flight school...
<CRUSH SOUNDS>

The Russian one is much simpler taken from The Hunt For Red October...
XO: You arrogant ass, you killed us!

Not sure I'd want that on my sub, although it would be a good incentive not to get wasted, one way or another.
