Default Sub found 2,250m above sea level

How come I never find any flotillas based at Bogota in SH3?

Wow, that's so cool... So these days, they aren't shooting torpedoes anymore, eh?

Now they're shootin' some highly refined "sugar"...

WOW, i never had any idea that the drug smugglers/cartel were using submarines. I guess it makes sense if getting things into florida or wherever they pull into is becoming more difficult. Very scary.

Ok i want to join the coast guard now... on a clipper, with hedgehogs... and i want to press the button that releases them!

I also read this "news" about 4 months ago, but can't remember where.

@ Kapitain:
They first build it, work out if everything fits, repaire and adapt if necessairy, disassemble it and transport it to a siutable dockyard, reassemble and launch.

I wonder if they work it up first and if the captain has followed the Royal Neth. Navy Perisher course?
And who does the Christening in cases like this? The mistress of the local drugs lord?
