I enabled the resolution to these settings, now though i cant Alt - Tab or Ctrl -Atl-Del to desktop any more unless i set SH3 to window mode, but prefer full sreen so is there a way around this so i can go to desktop while in full screen.

Try running your Windows desktop at a different display resolution than the one you're using for SH3.

Just hit the windows key the one between Cont and Alt I'm running mine @ 1600 X 1200 with out any problems.!!
