Schnorkel speed limit?

Is there a .ini edit or .cfg trick that will limit top speed of your sub while submerged and using the schnorkel?

If so what would the top speed be on average?

I think that U-Boots had their schnorkel speed limited to 6 kts.

I thought 7 knots but I am sure there are a boatload of variables that come into play with that figure. 6 knots is certainly a workable figure.

Modsters...any idea for a .ini or .cfg trick to make this work?
