Game Paused everytime

Hi mates! Last time I played with SH3 the PC reboot in that very moment when was saving the game to exit. Yesterday tried to enter, I used RUB 1.44 e SH3 Commander v 2.3, loaded the game, the carrier end the last saved ... then after Initializing ... GAME PAUSED, screen black. Tried + and - but nothing and the clock was 00:00.

After few tries, and a repair from "uninstal" So decided to reinstall everything, decided to uninstall everything, patched, RUB 1.44, SH3 Commander, new carrier and then ... GAME PAUSE again.

Somebody could give me an advice, I'rather avoid to re format the HD
