Harbour Traffic 1.46 - problem

First of all I would thank Rubini for his great work. I really love this Mod.

First problem:
If I start my career and load the next mission the following box appears ("Neue Basis: Kiel" - Press "OK").

I must click about 10 times on OK then I start on my home port Bordeaux and I can play.

Second problem:
The IXD2-Submarine is too long for the U-Boot-Bunker in Bordeaux. The spawnpoint is too far in the back.

The boat is fixed at the tail with the wall. You cannot break away yourself.

Can someone help me please?
