Maverick fix fixed

Is someone is using my beta Maverick doctrine fix (preventing the use of Mav against submerged subs and aircrafts) - please download it again. There was a bug in it, now it's fixed. Good that I called it a beta

We should mention that the updated version of this Mod is included as part of the LWAMI 2.03 Weapons and Sensors Realism Mod.
