How to remove some changes from Improved Uboat mod?

I want to remove some of the changes from the improved uboat mod, there are a few features that I don't like but there are a lot that I do like. One I want to remove gods eye mod, the sliding status (batt, o2 ect) mod, the darker water density, I don't know how to remove them and if the files that are indicated in the doc that came with the mod for what files were changed are the only files that were changed for that peticular sub-mod.
Also I have been tring to find these mod in subsim and Real uboat but haven't been able to find them. Could some one help please.
