Where can I find this mod ??? I have looked various places, including Uboat.Realsim and I can not find it.

I would like my crew to wear their forage caps, so I would like to find this mod.

What is this for kind of mod? What does it do?

It adds forage caps to all the enlisted crewmen versus being hatless.
