Question about Rubini's HT 1.46

In readme.txt of Milk Cow for HT 1.46 is written that if I want to use this mod, I should change "days in base" value from 28/31 days to 1 day (or use modified Basic.cfg) after start new patrol. I can do it via SH3Commander2 too, because this program has option for it.
This is easy for me.
But what does it mean: "set the "Emblem" to 14 days (renow free) so just change your emblem twice when you are at home base (for 28 days spent)".
What should I do? SH3Commander2 hasn't this option. Only emblem I know is emblem of my uboot at connig tower :hmm:
Could you explain me this, please?

The emblem is just a method of letting time pass. He means that setting the days spent in base for changing the emblem to 14 days, then you can just change this emblem twice and you have in this way got some realistic time spent in base between patrols.

SH 3 commander requires you to quit the game first then start the game with new setings. Easier but more timeconsuming waiting for game to start.

Just a matter of choice.

Is it neccesary for using Milk Cow mod for HT? If I change only "days in base" via SH3Commander2 to 1 or 0 days, I'll have this mod working correctly?
