Looking for some IX deck textures

I would like to find some deck textures for my IX type subs specifically these 3 decks

deck_9b.tga
deck_9c.tga
9D2_deck.tga

I have probably downloaded every skin my I can get my hands on and although I have found a lot of decks all of them are rusty,
I am extremely impressed with the New Type VII textures by FUBAR, http://www.subsim.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=42568
and am looking for some nice looking skins as theses

how about a tutorial on how you guys make the skins,

Well I know enough to use the clone tool and make slacks, so I guess I make my own, Idecides to do the Coning tower deck as well, not done but getting there
