Sub Command campaign for Dangerous Waters

Crazy Ivan has converted the campaigns from Sub Command to run under Dangerous Waters. The campaign file is 2.8 MB in size and is available at my site.

Note: You must have Sub Command on your drive in order to install these campaigns (they use sound effects from Sub Command, and you must add these to your DW sfx agg files during installation).

Ouch.

Any chance someone could make those sfx files available or is that breaking a copyright? :hmm:

Hmmm not sure if its just me, but when downloaded the zip only comes to 1.6 meg and i get a invalid archive message

Any ideas?

Did you extract with "All Files in Archive" and "Use Folder Names" checked?

Well it wont even let me get as far as unzipping,

I can download 1.62mb of the file, then the download ends, if i try to open the zip, i get a bad archive error message advising me to download again, which ive done to no avail.

I guess that is must be an error my end as noone else has encounterd this?

Anyway thanks in advance for any suggestions

I'm very glad there are a few more campaign missions out

, but the current version seems to have some problems.

I killed the entire SAG and the LA in the Akula campaign SAG attack mission, but in the next mission, it said I let them escape.
EDIT: It seems that alot of the triggers that carry over between missions do not work.

In the mission where you rescue the downed crew, I found it impossible to line up with the helicopter at the pickup point. Shouldn't the helicoptor come to me? Also, I found no sign of the Chinese sattilite, and no sign of it on the Nav map either in the replay...

Also, I'm having difficulty understanding some of the mission briefings and instructions.

Seems you can't download the complete file. For some reason your donwload stops before completing the entire archive.

Are you donwloading with any download program or just clicking from your navigator?
I use FlashGet and I have no problems. If the donwload stops or you need to stop it and then want to restart the download later, use a download agent.

I use this, but there are a lot, like Donload Accelerator, Mass Downloader...

Sorry, but I think this campaign needs to be error-checked. There were lots of triggers between missions that didn't carry over in the Russian campaign. So far in the American campaign, I have found in the first mission (confirmed by looking in the editor) that one cannot do the simulated attack against the Arleigh Burke with the 688i. Also, for the Seawolf, one of the triggers for the Arleigh Burke triggers is missing, and replaced by an identical one for the 688i.

In mission "Polar operations" for a Akula, the satellite is removed in general from mission!

As object of ground basing the satellite in Dangerous Waters always to be at the
bottom of ocean. On the large depth you be able to not find out him by your sensor
controls - too large depth!
The helicopter arrives in an ice-hole, and passes through her during 15 minutes, the radiomessage
on a course helo in 001 degrees gives you the help care of all 7 pilots on the helicopter,
it is difficult but probably. It is possible to write approach of the helicopter to a boat by
scripts, but scripts can work incorrectly in some cases.Therefore I has refrained from their use...

What "many" triggers particularly do not work in the Russian campaign?
