Default Are coastal Bunkers Indestructable....?

Created a Single Mission last night where a Nelson BB, two DD and a couple Cruisers were bombarding a Medium Coastal Bunker, on shore.

It was fun to watch but I noticed that the coastal bunker won every time and never seemed to take any damage. :hmm:

Which leads me to this question; are coastal bunkers indestructable?

Heck! They were INDESTRUCTABLE in real life! The British attempted to demolish one after the war and only managed to cave-in part of the roof... trapping three type XXI's I believe.

At any rate both the pen and the trapped subs are still there today.

lol ya I heard about that too.... amazing that they managed to block the entrance :P

But I also heard that at low tide, divers can get in and see the XXI's. They are probably more or less torn apart now from souvenir hunters

Actually, I'm referring to the Coastal Bunkers that have, "GUNS", in them.

I think you are referring to, "SUB PENS", which should be indestructable and were throughout the war.

Anyway, a well placed shot into the slit of any of these COASTAL BUNKERS should take them out, or at least kill the gun/personnel inside.

Are these indestructable???

If so, could they be moddeled with a high degree of destructability?
