Default Flower Class Corvette Skin Pack (Screens Inside)

HMS Bluebell (K 80), HMS Alisma (K 185), and HMS Loosestrife (K 105). Based in part on the screenshots available from White Ensign models. Bluebell was sunk in the Arctic by U-711 with 85 dead and one survivor in Feb. 1945; she'd served for almost the entire war. The other two survived. The textures still need a little work; after that, I'm going to make several more historical vessels if I can find enough information, as well as some generic corvettes without pennant numbers. The final product will require Sergbuto's multiple skin ships mod. Any info on sources for camo patterns and numbers would be greatly appreciated.

Reversed, as usual. The game does not mirror lettering and numbers. Also, Bluebell's 37 is only on the port side. If you've downloaded the Merchant Variety Pack you'll notice the same problem with the Esso tankers and Luckenbach freighter. I hope some skillful modder knows how to change this ...

I just feel lucky that I was even able to put bow letters on. With the merchant ships emblems usually pop up at half a dozen locations, no matter how hard you try to place them correctly. I know that some ships actually DO have their numbers or letters reversed on one side of the hull, but I doubt that the flower corvettes were among them.

Impressive. That kind of the paint variation I wanted to see for most common warships in the SH3 campaign instead of the very same skin over and over again.

Nice job. It's interesting that you were able to put something on the funnel. I always assumed doing that would cause it to show up on other parts of the model, as you experienced with the bow numbers.
Must have taken quite a bit of work finding the correct position.

I'm having ideas...Apparently Royal Canadian Navy ships painted a green maple leaf on the funnel to distinguish themselves as Canadian, as their ensign was the same as the British Royal Navy.
I shall have to search for some sources.

Great work

Thanks for the support, guys. The mod will also include early-war vessels with their bridge windows still in place, as well as a few ships converted to minesweepers. I've changed the existing textures somewhat by shrinking the portholes to a more accurate scale and making the rivet patterns neater.
