How to mod the time you leave port

It's unrealistic that you allways leave the harbour in the middle of the night...

Is there any way to change it, so that you leave the harbour in the daytime, f.ex. at 12 o'clock? :P where can I change that?

depends on game factors like upgrades or repairs etc (time) I only leave at night maybe every 3rd or 4th mission out.

I haven't checked into that aspect of the game yet but maybe someone can find a way to lock the departure time. That's all I can tell you right now.
