[AirGroup 1]
StartDate=19350601
EndDate=19480101
Squadron1Class=LBSWalrus
Squadron1No=1

or alternatively install my Float Planes mod which includes LBSWalrus.
Yes, I just noticed that while wandering aimlessly through the cfg file. I hadn't thought much of it, but I bet that's what it is.

If it works I'd like to include it at as a recommends for ImprovedConvoys, since I have so many CLs in early war convoys. I'll need a version that works out-of-the-box to point people to, first, though.

What do you mean? The airgroup or the cruiser?

I'd prefer to include the cruiser, since my escorts are all random the new cruiser might actually show up sometimes. But not if it depends on too much additional stuff. My goal is to minimize dependencies.

Do you mean SH3 Mission Editor? It works fine for me. Unfortunately, I have no idea what can be wrong because my mods do not touch Wellington bomber in any way. Sorry.

If cruisers in your RND are all random and to be selected by the Type option, you do not need to worry about that. People will be able to easily add Southampton class at any moment by simply pasting the files to the Sea and Roster folders, depending on their wish to have this cruiser in the campaign or not. Therefore, it is not absolutely necessary to include it.

As to dependences, if I understand correctly, your RND will be a part of Real U-boat. That in itself will produce substantial dependences subscribing those, who installs it, to a big compilation of various mods.

In any case, I was planning on updating the Southampton download to include two versions of the CFG files for those who have the Float planes mod installed and those who do not, but did not have time for such an update yet.

Well, whether or not it's in Real U-Boat or the Ops mod is up to other people. They're free to proceed as they choose.

I wasn't going to include the Southhampton cruiser in my mod itself, but rather include in the README something like:

BEST USED WITH:

Southhampton cruiser mod by Sergbuto

ect.

But I don't want to suggest people use things with tons of dependencies and such.

It was just a thought I had to include a list of minimal fuss mods that I had verified would enhance the IC experience.

Was checking your site out. Finally downloaded the Southampton cruiser. Look forward to using it. Will try the float planes, too. I was wondering, though, is the Russian Type 7 DD ready for download yet?

I have not had time to finish this yet. It is important to note that the DD will not appear in the stock campaign by default but it should be relatively easy to get the DD there by replacing all or some of Russian trawlers in the SCR layer.
