Do you mean the water splash in the picture?

If so, yes, these water splashes occur when, for example, there's damage to the boat and water is getting in. If you walk past the damage, you'll get hit by these water splashes. This also happens if, for example, you're on the outside camera and get hit by water from depth charge.

These water splashes can also crash the game, at least in the boat, if there are too many. At least that's my experience.

The quickest way to get a clear screen again is to go to the outside view via F2 and go underwater. Then press F2 again, and you'll be back in the boat without these water splashes.

Thank you for your answer,Grenso. I thought it was a texture error before. Is there any way to prevent it from appearing? Or change it to another style, this screen looks too much like a texture error

You can use sobers NO water drops V1 SH5 mod and use only the "WaterDroplets_NM.dds" file in the misc folder.
I didn't test it but it should work, because water splashes should be hidden or better transparent.
