Default Silent Hunter 4 Radio.ini file

Can someone give me a detailed explaination of the Antenna line in the Radio.ini file and what it all means...

Example

Antenna=01.01.1930-01.01.2000:44.16,-35.10:100000

Thank you in advance.

01.01.1930 Date the station starts transmitting
01.01.2000 Date the station stops transmitting
44.16,-35.10 Latitude and longitude of the station
100000 Range of the station. Not sure of the units, but the value shown here is large enough to reach worldwide

With the start/stop dates, you can have stations go on and off the air as particular locations change hands, like having a Japanese station transmitting from Guadalcanal that stops in August of '42, and then have a second station on (almost, because it can't be exactly the same) the same frequency that starts at the same time.
