qualification, promotion

Hi Captains, I have SH3 Gold and other releases, but none of them let me award medals or qualifications (engineer, torpedo, medic, etc.) to any crew member anymore. So it's impossible to play. can someone help me. Thank you

Hallo Kapitäne, ich habe SH3 Gold und andere Versionen, aber keine davon erlaubt mir mehr, einem Besatzungsmitglied Medaillen oder Qualifikationen (Ingenieur, Torpedo, Sanitäter usw.) zu verleihen. Es ist also unmöglich zu spielen. kann mir jemand helfen. Danke
