Default Pain in the back-Not what I had expected

Before I went to the this bone knocker I was sure it was one of the three common case-when you have pain in the lower part of your back No it wasn't
Now I finally know why I was walking around with chronic pain in the lower part of my back.. It didn't matter what I did or didn't do, I was in pain. went to our local physiotherapist and it turns out that my pelvis has misaligned or shifted. Got a training program that I need to use at home

Try to find a position where the pain is not so severe.

Markus

Sorry to hear of your issues, Markus. Back issues are the worst. I had similar issues 2 months ago. I used inversion therapy. Essentially, you can lay on a table usually upside down. You lay at a 45 degree or better angle. Your weight tends to realign the spine in inversion therapy. If you have access to this therapy, try it. I know it helped me.

I just hung upside down with the other bats.

Been there; done that: too much binding on in the front row of the rugby scrum, neck-bridging exercises, and unloading my 18-wheelers adds up! < the trick is to remember you're having a better day than Richard III who didn't let it get him down....till Bosworth! I got following message when entering your second link

"Thanks for visiting! GoodRx is not available outside of the United States. If you are trying to access this site from the United States and believe you have received this message in error, please reach out to legal@goodrx.com and let us know."

The first one was readable. Now I know what they meant I do not have the right equipment to hang upside down.

It may be the illiosacral joint, if this is the case there is some pressure needed and some physiotherapist help. This will release the pain instantly, and interval training will get yourself rid of this ever happening again.

Also have your feet checked out. Some of my back pain was caused by pressure on one of my arches. Weird how something with your foot can affect your back like that.

Funny you mention feet-'cause when I walk I walk in a funny way where I have angle my right foot out 90 degrees and the left somewhere around 45 degrees this made it less painful walking. It was this and other thing that made the physiotherapist conclude that I had a misaligned or shifted pelvis.

Free quack medical advice. My PT said you shouldn't alter your gait as it just causes different problems. That will be $500.00.
