SH4 Skoaler weather mod for JSGME V11 available

After working with a hex editor and notepad for a half year with SH4.. I did a fresh clean slate re install of SH4 from UBISOFT game launcher.. And have updated my (Weather) mods to V11.. It includes Standalone mods and full all out mods.. The Standalones are as basic can get for combining them with other mega mods.. I do suggest for these mods to work.. For you to do the same - Re install your SH4 last version from scratch and best to your C drive .. as I experienced things that worked before.. but did not after the re install.. Also make sure any of these mods are added last in the list in JSGME and overwrite .. or activate them alone..
