LSH3 with SH3 Commander U-boat not showing

I've recently installed LSH3 2022 very easily and the game is working fine. However, I'm having trouble with SH3 commander. When I select any flotilla other than the default "Erprobungsstelle" I am not able to select which type of U-boat I am playing with, the selection box is blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LSH requires careers to start at the Erprobungsstelle, after quick test drive you can then transfer to appropriate Flotilla for type boat and date. Pay attention to radio messages and don't RTB too soon.
