ARB Wide Gui Split Screen Issue

I have the Disk version of SH3 , running on Windows 10.
Recently replaced a faulty hard drive, and naturally lost my SH3 with all the bells and whistles!

So far I have:

Made sure windows properties/security were adjusted to allow me permissions for all apps/patches.

Disabled Norton Virus.

1) Patched the 4G

2)Patched the Tycho V3
(which includes the Expanded Map adjustment)

3) JGSME

4) Placed the Arb wide gui V0.4 into Mod Folder

Everything works except for the split screen!

I've tried using the Tycho V4 patch, and the older ARB wide gui "Final" with the "Hot Fix" and every combo I could think of!

Spent a few hours searching for a resolution, but it appears most of the solutions are regarding the "Steam" version and using the Hsie patch.

Appreciate any help you can give an old Navy vet who's been married for 45 years, and this game and beer in my mancave are the only things keeping my sanity!!!
