steam update..

Hello!

I have silent hunter 3 with gwx gold.
Had a long career now and things are getting heated up, but of course steam had an update that got over my head and made my mods disappear.

yes I know I should moved my game away from the steamfolder, but now when the damage is done, is there a way to get the mods back without delete everything and destroy my career?
