tactical map

I have not played Cold Waters for a while and thought it was time to get back to it. I have one problem... I can not move my submarine in the tactical map. Any ideas why?

Hello. You may be stuck on a piece of land, this can happen near islands or "jagged" terrain.

I am in open water. No matter what MOD I play both in the Atlantic and Pacific it is the same - no movement. I run Cold Waters from STREAM. Can it be reinstalled using STREAM? I can not find anything on STREAM about reinstalling anything or even the games I have bought from them. Not a user friendly site.

I had to have STEAM installed in order to see the library to uninstall and reinstall the game. All is working great.
