Default Times of change

The 80s were crazy, in a sympathetic, now much-loved, almost classic way.

But most of the 90s had their feature, too: optimism.

Impressions from a city in dramatic change: Berlin in the 90s. Reunification. Currency reform. Sovjet withdrawing. Ruins in the East.

How much things have changed since then. Now all is rebuild, there seems to be welath everywehere. And still, I cannot escape the idea of that somehow things got bogged down. Might be an age thing. But then, might also be a reality thing.

Photo series: Berlin in the 90s.
