New to the community and SH3 1.4b patch question

Hi Guys,
I have picked-up SH3 after some TLC by Wolfpack345. I started playing games since way back and Silent Hunter 1 was one of my favs. Glad to have found this home and very curious to see what SH3 can do when properly modded.
So... I found this place, made a donation and in the process of DLing Grey Wolves mod. It says I need to be on SH3 v1.4b; however, I am only at 1.4 and unable to find a working link to update SH3 to v1.4b. Is there anyone out there that can send me the right direction?

There is no need to do another
