Help with enabling anti-aliasing on Win 10

My old PC died and I was finally forced to switch to Win 10. I also switched from an AMD card to an nVidia one. I've installed SHIV and the TMO mod and I can't seem to get AA working at all. The jaggies are burning my eyes! Could someone please let me know if it's possible to get AA working and, if so, what settings I should have in the nVidia Control Panel and in-game?

I went through the NVidia tweaks thread but nothing there seemed to help.

you have to check "disable fullscreen optimizations"
under app compatibility to get AA to work under win10

Thanks! Still seeing some jaggies but it's much better than default. Time to fiddle with settings.
