No war at all in SH3 with GWX

I've just bought SH3 in Steam and made 3 nice missions.
So I've installed GWX3.0 to improve graphics.
And surprisingly everything became neutral.
I'm loosing points hitting british ships.
I've found color patch for GWX and now I can see that all icons are green.
Peace and friendship are good things but not for battle simulator.
I can solve the problem by removing GWX,
but can somebody suggest another way?

What the date in game? Has the war started yet?

The campaign starts at 1 aug 1939 as in stock game.
I suppose that the bug is somewhere else.
With color contacts mod I see that all ships became "green", including british and german.
Maybe something became incompatible since GWX mod was created

Hi Ishtvan British units will be Neutral in August 1939 but on the 3rd September you will get a radio message telling you to attack British Shipping when playing the campaign

Also when you look at the convoys of single/multiplayer missions in the mission editor and set the wardate on top of the screen to Aug 1939 all the ships are green but on 3rd September England declares war on Germany
and British Ships will turn red and some time later French ships will turn red also.

From the Manual......

The stock Silent Hunter III campaign began on September 1, 1939. Historically, U-boats began moving to their wartime patrol areas starting around August 15, 1939, so GWX has advanced the start of the campaign to August 1, 1939 to allow players to reach their historical patrol areas before the war begins.

I highly suggest you RTFM!

I should mention this.
Probably I was confused by the first message received 4 of August.
It was finished by "Good hunting!" wish, but there are no targets for hunting at this time.
