CTD after loading mission

I installed my old disk of SH5, I get the loading screen, then I am in the sub pen with all the options listed.
I select a mission, then get a screen and a 'Loading' circle spinning bottom right corner, then after a wait then the screen goes black then CTD.

I've had the disk for a few years and it used to work on my old PC, my PC now in running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.

I can run SH3 and SH4 no problem by the way, any ideas please?

I've got no idea mate, but SH5 is $10.00 on Steam.
