Hot Key For Decoys in SH III

Can anyone advise me if there is a hot key for deploying decoys, once available / installed?

I know you can deploy them from the engineering station under evasive manuevers but am wondering if there is something faster?

Even in my new XXI its mid '44 and the hot key will be useful!

No big Convoy battles yet.
