Help Noob please, sober megamod probably bugs

Good day everyone, my name is Nino, I'm Italian, by the way, sorry for my bad English as a translator. Sorry if I don't write maybe in the right place.
I'm having problems with Sober's Mega mod. I find numerous bugs. I tried to install it through the tutorials but there is some problem, I hope some of you can help me.
There is no bar to select speed, direction etc. only the one for the depth. I'm having trouble with the characters, some don't speak well.
In particular I also wanted to ask: In the TDW_GenericPatcher_v_1_0_168_0 file there is a mods folder, where should these mods be placed? and when? after the others? and in what order?
Is there a mod for the speed and direction bar? I hope I was clear. I await your help.
