[TEC] How to make TDC button snyc with keypress?

I tried a few attempts to make TDC buttons on Attack/Observ scope and UZO to be interactive with keypress but no luck.It looks like it needs to be adjusted in the hard-code level tweeking only the config file won't work.Does anyone know how to do it?
