I just got SH5. The rear most compartment is, I believe, the electric propulsion room. There is no torpedo lying anyway. The rear torpedo room is not modeled in SH5?

Correct, no aft torpedo room on a VII. Early VIIs had an external aft tube that was not reloadable, and then later (VIIB and VIIC) it was reloadable but either way the tube was simply aft of the electric motors in the same compartment.
