No Mods , and i have and AMD graphic card , i have this glitch after upgrading to windows 10... (sorry if my english is bad , im braziliam).

Intel Core I5 3330 3.00 GHz,
8gb RAM
AMD RX570 (all graphics drivers updated)
Windows10
PATH : C:\Program Files (x86)\Silent Hunter 5

The Program Files (x86) is a restricted directory.
You need to install like this C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5

What does the "warning" text box in yellow and white text say? Even when I zoom in, I cannot read the text - sorry for my old eyes, and not being able to see the contrast that well! Did the DirectX with the game install OK?

All direct X installed , the Warning box says about Bismark ship... The Silent Hunter 5 worked in windows 7 fine , but in Windows 10 i have this graphics bug , in Windows 10 SH4 and SH3 works fine .

It could be your missing Direct X 9c

It could be a corrupted installation problem.

Direct X9.0c needs Windows 98 or Windows xp to install , i cant install on windows 10... I reinstalled the game and same problem.

Many People posting below who are still banging on about DX9.0c ... Read ...
A common misconception is that you need to install DX 9.0c to run older DX9 games. Not so.
This version has been superseded by the DX Redist (June 2010) which has all of the DX9.0c files, and more.

This installer is the best option if DirectX files are corrupted.
