Modding tutorial

Can anyone tell me how to make DW mod?
I want to build a destroyer (maybe Fletcher or IJN Yukikaze, depend on tech level) and a carrier (USS Midway for sure).

Modding DW is really hard because many things is stored in exe and dll's. Also making new interfaces is almost not possible - you should use/modify interfaces from vanila game. So it means making ships from WWII is completly far beyond any DW modding tutorial. Of course there is no even single modding tutorial because changing simple things is quite difficult.

I think you should reconsider your plans about modding DW
