Real realistic weather
Ok. In this video you can see how it has to be.
All other behavior is bug and stuck it appears... (For example forever ws 4 direction 0) It says : 20:24 windspeed 4 direction 338 20:25 windspeed 4 direction 340 20:26 windspeed 4 direction 342 20:27windspeed 4 direction 339 ......... .....
