Just out of curiosity looking over some of the files, saw this parameter:
StormConditions=7,0.1;max wind speed [m/s], max rain intensity [0,1] Was wondering, while the entry itself seems self-explanatory, what effect does it have on the sub? Is it a modifier on how severe weather affects the sub in question? For example, in 15 m/s and heavy rain conditions, does this parameter make it so that the sub only reacts as though its in 7 m/s conditions, and that the player sees only 1/10th of the rain intensity when on the bridge or in external views? I'm only guessing. If anyone who actually knows wouldn't mind explaining... Thanks. |

I believe it's linked to the crews ability to man the AA and deck guns. Anything over those specified values and you won't be able to man them.
