Whats up with the latin radio messages?

Anyone else getting random "Lorem Ipsum" jumbled radio messages?

not a lot, but probably one a patrol

i imagine it is a placeholder for text to come in later releases.

It is a fill text that printers, setters, graphic designers and the like use to see what a layout looks like graphically. It is fake Latin.
