TMO WTW / Berbster megamod installation sequence

What is the correct order of installation: First Berbster megamod and then TMO WTW? Or the other way around? Or just TMO WTW?

Second:
What are the "training wheels"?

please keep in mind that much of what Berbster's fix fixes will be overwritten by TMO...you may not need to apply Berbster's fixes if you are playing TMO. Normally, one plays Berbster's mega rather than playing Stock, but hey, no rules preventing you from implementing your plan.

Second:
What are the "training wheels"?

it is Subsim-ese for easier. TMO is arguably the most difficult mega-mod to play in. TMOwTW settings are turned down a bit, allowing a new Kaleun to live until maybe the second mission.
