No Type VllC

HELP!!!! Its 1943 and im still pottering around in a VllB! I cant get a Vllc for love nor money. Dont know if its the SH3, or SH3 commander or some of the mods. Never had this problem the old non-patched disk

Mods

SH3 Commander
ASN torps
GWX3.0 Allweather guns
U-Guns v5
Hitman optics GWX3
Merchant fleet 3.2

Think its the new version of SH3 Commander but it could be anything

So, the basic questions:

Are you at your base?
Have you clicked on the "Submarine" Desk?
Have you selected a Type VII C in the "Submarine" Section?
Did you confirm that you want to purchase a Type VII C?

Sorry if I sound like I'm asking the obvious, but you'd be surprised how many members forget to do the basics (I for one).

Did all that David but thanks for the help. I downloaded the free version which is now taken off that web for copyright reasons. I should have saved it to a dvd that was a mistake. When the free download was loaded I opened it in the downlod screen scrolled down to data, select submarine. opened up the existing submarine in the game version deleted it and copied the free one over and it worked. I'm sure its nygm thats the problem its a follow-on fro Reauboat-1.5. Somebody else had the same problem. Seems the only way to sort it is to wipe the gam and do a comlete
reinstall
