Updated Editor?

Is there an updated/modded editor somewhere on this forum because the ones I've found are invalid to download or just old

What Tools do you need? What kind of work are you doing?

Mostly single mission stuff placing ships and stuff I can't figure out a way to delete ships and the editors kind of dated imo and was kind of hoping if there was an editor that could have ships follow the player because I've always wanted to make some kind of escort mission
