Tool for Missing files when importing ship?

I just discovered the beautiful tool SHValidator that allowed me to straighten my files.
Is there a similar tool for detecting missing files when importing ships?

Example I imported the ship SCHO_ (schooner) but I did not know that it also needed the file DD_Sails.dat into ... data \ Library?

If no, could you create this tool?
It would be very practical
